Integrity Food Group has simplified our Shipping policies. You are welcome to still select the old UPS options as upgraded services but we are now offering Free Shipping if your purchase is greater than $75 but even if it isn't you can select our Flat Rate option to get you order shipped for a mere $9.95 per shipping address anywhere in the continental US.
